Ordering

When placing an order with Superior Fruit via the website, you must confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

 

Delivery / Collection

  1. Delivery only includes addresses within Australia.
  2. Delivery is provided free of charge for orders over AUD250.00 and within the 4068 and 4075 postcode areas.  Orders under AUD250.00 within these areas will attract a AUD5.00 delivery charge.
  3. All other orders will attract a minimum AUD10.00 delivery charge and will be calculated based on order size and delivery location.
  4. Alcohol cannot be left with a person under 18 years of age.  Proof of age may be requested at the time of delivery.  If our driver is not satisfied that sufficient proof of age has been provided, only the food portion of the order can be left at your premises.
  5. All orders within 20km of store location will be delivered by staff or authorised representatives of Superior Fruit via our company vehicles.
  6. All orders to be delivered outside of 20km of store location will exclude certain fresh food, fruit and deli items and will be shipped via Australia Post or Courier and cost will be calculated based on order size and delivery location.
  7. Order collection from our shop premises at 365 Honour Avenue, Graceville, can be organised for a specific date and time after discussion with store management.

Delivery times

We will endeavour to deliver within the times nominated and paid for by you at the time of your order no further in advance of 7 days. You accept the risk that occasionally, due to circumstances which we have not foreseen, delivery times may be longer than times nominated and paid for by you.

 

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice from you to avoid a cancellation fee.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full price.  Cancellations must be made via phone on (07) 3379 7508 or email at hello@superiorfruit.com.au.  If you cancel by email, we will send you an acknowledgement of cancellation email.  If you don’t receive this acknowledgement within 4 business hours, you should phone to verify receipt of your message.

 

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.  However, prices are guaranteed at the time of confirmation and payment of your order.  All prices include GST.

 

Returns / Refunds

Any item purchased through the Superior Fruit website is entitled to a replacement or refund if the product is faulty. You are also entitled to have the product(s) replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality yet are not deemed to be faulty. On delivery / collection of your items, you, as the customer, must inspect all items and raise any concerns immediately.  If the item is deemed to be of unacceptable quality or deemed to be faulty at this time by Superior Fruit, a refund or replacement will be acknowledged, however, will not be accepted at a later date. Refunds or replacements will be provided at the discretion of Superior Fruit.  Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

 

Food and Deli Items

All items listed are subject to availability.  If any ingredient is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, an ingredient of the value will be substituted.

  1. All platters and hampers are individually prepared to order.
  2. Online orders must be paid for at the time of order.
  3. All food orders are prepared in catering packaging only.
  4. Salad orders will include all listed ingredients.  Dressing is packaged separately and should be added just prior to serving to ensure the quality of the salad and the freshness of ingredients.
  5. Photos on our website are indicative only and show examples of how a finished product may look. Your product may slightly differ from photos shown.
  6. If you wish to modify / change your order after it has been processed and paid for online, you should call (07) 3379 7508 or email hello@superiorfruit.com.au with a minimum of 6-12 business hours’ notice, depending on order size.

 

Alcohol

All items listed are subject to availability.  Superior Fruit of Graceville’s liquor supply licence stipulates that alcohol may only be supplied as an accompaniment to food.  Therefore, alcohol can only be supplied as an additional item to accompany a food purchase.  Please note, it is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age.
