A customer favourite, our Zucchini Slice makes the humble green vegetable a hero. It's accompanied by a seasoned carrot and onion mixture. It's gluten-free and Vegetarian.
Serves: 4 people family size, 10- 12 people catering size
Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!). The catering size is an oven-proof aluminium foil container.
Heating:To enjoy the zucchini slice, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use.
*Weight: approx. 1kg for family size and approx. 2.5 kg for catering size. (Weight is variable as our product contains only natural ingredients, not stabilisers or preservatives. This impacts the weight slightly due to water of natural products like tomatoes by +/-.05%)
Shelf Life: Family Size in the intact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.
