Ordering

How do I place an order?

It's easy! You can order from us in a few ways:

  • Phone our store: Give us a call on 3379 7508 (7am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm Saturday, 7am - 4pm Sundays)
  • Direct message (DM): Reach out to us on social media
  • Online: Shop directly through our website

How quickly will I hear back?

We do our best to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. If you reach out by phone, text, or DM, please allow us a little time to get back to you — we're a family business and we appreciate your patience! Chances are we are cooking in the kitchen!

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer a flat rate delivery fee of $15 AUD within our local area. It's a simple, no-fuss way to get your order to your door. Look out for our deals where you can have FREE delivery based on the amount you purchase. 

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Local pickup is available at 365 Honour Avenue, Graceville. Please allow a 24-hour window for your order to be ready for collection.  We are open Monday to Friday 7am - 6pm; Saturday 7am - 5pm; Sunday 7am - 4pm 

Who delivers the product?

We have our own delivery team with our own van.  We don't rely on third parties so we are guaranteeing quality and delivery assurance. 

Dietary Options

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We sure do! Many of our products are:

  • Gluten-free
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegetarian & gluten-free
  • Diary Free 

We have a dedicated Gluten Free Products collection with over 26 products to choose from (and growing!). If you have specific dietary needs, feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Minimum Orders

Is there a minimum order amount?

We don't currently have a minimum order requirement for pick up— you're welcome to order as little or as much as you need! If you have any questions about your order size, just reach out and we'll be happy to chat.

For delivery, you can incur a delivery fee if you don't meet minimum order.

How much do your products cost?

Our pricing is designed to suit a range of budgets and occasions:

  • Platters: $55 – $135 AUD
  • Individual items (one item): $9.95 – $11.95 AUD

Home Meals 

Our home meals are a wonderful way to bring home meals that are fresh, delicious and hearty.  Often our customers arrange delivery on a regular basis for their elderly parents, new parents or someone that is needs extra support.  We have many corporate clients who utlise our home meals as care packages as part of their corporate wellness programs.  These programs can take advantage of our spend and save and free delivery; you can request hand-written cards if you like to send a personal note as part of the delivery.

What happens if the person is not home?

We deliver our parcels in boxes with insulation and ice packs so they can stay in the box cold for 10 hours.  Provide us with phone details, our delivery driver can then text that a parcel is coming and to look out for it (without ruining the surprise if it is a gift). 

Event Catering

Can you cater for my event?

Yes! We'd love to help make your event special. Whether it's a birthday, corporate function, baby shower, or any other gathering, we can put together something beautiful for you. Get in touch via phone, text, DM, or our Contact page to discuss your event needs and we'll work out the details together.  We can arrange for warm or chilled (where you heat the meals).  With warmed products we will know the exact times so that the meals are delivered or picked-up at the right temperature.   

When you go through check-out you can pick the exact date as well as time.  We will give you a call/email to confirm times for events to make sure our kitchen team is prepared. 

Hampers

Can I order a hamper as a gift?

Of course! Our hampers make wonderful gifts for any occasion. Simply place your order online or reach out to us directly and let us know it's a gift — we'll make sure it's presented beautifully with a hand written card. If you'd like something personalised or have a specific budget in mind, just ask! Give us a call on 33797508 and our team can walk around the store picking the items as you speak to pull together a customised hamper.  You can pay over the phone.
