Shipping policy
Currently, Superior Fruit offers local delivery and store pick up only. As we grow and develop, we will be working with couriers to be able to ship our wonderful produce to any part of Australia.
Delivery Policy
The responsibility is on the customer to provide accurate delivery advice. The following items need to be guaranteed by the customer to ensure our delivery drivers can safely deliver your product:
- A delivery address where the parcel can be accepted between 9am – 2ppm on your delivery day OR detail a safe, weather protected place on your property for our driver to leave your order. Please give us as much information as you can for your delivery location including directions to access your building. This must be detailed in the ‘delivery notes’ section at checkout, and Superior Fruit does not accept responsibility for stolen or damaged parcels once delivered to your property.
- A working phone number so that our driver can call you in the event that they have an issue with delivery.
- Please plan accordingly, make sure you are available to receive your delivery and the driver is able to reach your address (no locked gates etc).
- Please understand that with many deliveries, traffic, unpredictable road conditions, etc. there may be a delay in times, but we do strive to have all items delivered on time.
*We allow a 24 hour window prior to delivery so our product is delivered fresh. We cannot make changes after this time as we send our delivery information to our courier service.*
In the event that the above information is not clearly given and our driver can not deliver the order, the order will be taken back to our shop at Graceville and the responsibility is on the customer to arrange pick up. The delivery fee will not be refunded.
