Return & Refund Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Fresh & Perishable Items Due to the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you inspect all items upon delivery or collection. Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Cancellations & Changes Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date cannot be refunded. To request a cancellation or change, please contact us as soon as possible.

How to Lodge a Claim To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at orders@superiorfruit.com.au or 07 33797508 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question.

Refund Processing If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Superior Fruit & Kitchen reserves the right to assess each claim individually and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
