These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.


ORDERING

When placing an order with Superior Fruit via the website, you must confirm that all the details you have provided in completing the order are true and correct. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.

DELIVERY / COLLECTION

  • Delivery only includes addresses within Brisbane Queensland.
  • Delivery is provided free of charge for orders over AUD250.00.
  • All other orders will attract a minimum delivery charges, calculated based on order size and delivery location.
  • Alcohol cannot be left with a person under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at the time of delivery. If our driver is not satisfied that sufficient proof of age has been provided, only the food portion of the order can be left at your premises.
  • All orders within 20km of store location will be delivered by staff or authorised representatives of Superior Fruit & Kitchen via our company vehicles.
  • Orders to be delivered outside of 20km of store location will exclude certain fresh food, fruit and deli items and will be shipped via Australia Post or courier, with cost calculated based on order size and delivery location.
  • Order collection from our shop at 365 Honour Avenue, Graceville, can be organised for a specific date and time after discussion with store management. Call (07) 3379 7508 or email orders@superiorfruit.com.au to discuss your options.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders can be placed up to 7 days in advance of your requested delivery date. We will endeavour to deliver within the times nominated at the time of your order. You accept the risk that occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be longer than nominated.

CANCELLATIONS

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at full price. Cancellations must be made via phone on (07) 3379 7508 or email at orders@superiorfruit.com.au. If you cancel by email, we will send you an acknowledgement within 4 business hours. If you don't receive this acknowledgement, please phone to verify receipt of your message.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices are guaranteed at the time of confirmation and payment of your order. All prices include GST.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or collection, accompanied by photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. To lodge a claim, contact us at hello@superiorfruit.com.au or (07) 3379 7508 with your order number and photos. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

FOOD AND DELI ITEMS

  • All items listed are subject to availability. If any ingredient is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a substitute ingredient of equal or greater value will be used.
  • All platters and hampers are individually prepared to order.
  • Online orders must be paid for at the time of order.
  • All food orders are prepared in catering packaging only.
  • Salad orders will include all listed ingredients. Dressing is packaged separately and should be added just prior to serving to ensure freshness.
  • Photos on our website are indicative only and show examples of how a finished product may look. Your product may slightly differ from photos shown.
  • If you wish to modify your order after it has been processed, please call (07) 3379 7508 or email orders@superiorfruit.com.au with a minimum of 6–12 business hours' notice, depending on order size.

ALCOHOL

  • All items listed are subject to availability. Superior Fruit of Graceville's liquor supply licence stipulates that alcohol may only be supplied as an accompaniment to food.
  • Alcoholic items must accompany a food purchase.
  • It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to individuals under 18 years of age.
  • Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left with a person under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at the time of delivery.
  • Online orders must be paid for at the time of order.
  • Alcohol can only be delivered to addresses within Australia.
  • Photos on our website are indicative only and actual stock may vary.
  • To modify an order after processing, call (07) 3379 7508 or email hello@superiorfruit.com.au with a minimum of 6–12 business hours' notice.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our goods and services to you. Your Personal Information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
