Roast Vegetable (Vegetarian, Gluten Free)

Roast potato, pumpkin, zucchini and sweet potato marinated in classic greek flavours is the perfect accompaniment for any of your party dishes! 

Presented in our alfoil containers, it is quick and easy oven bake to serve.

Serves:  This meal is designed as a side dish. 

Small Size Side Dish (450g) serves 2 - 3 portions (approx. 150g)

Family Size Side Dish (980g): serves 6 portions (approx. 150g per person)

Catering Size Dish (2kg): serves 12 -13 portions (150g per persons)

Ingredients: Roast potato, pumpkin, zucchini and sweet potato, oil, lemon, garlic, herbs, salt & pepper

Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).  

Heating: To enjoy this meal, pierce the plastic and place in oven or air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until warm or place in microwave for 6 - 8 minutes until warm.  In catering packs follow heating instructions.

Shelf Life:  The meals sealed in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen.
