The original and best potato bake! Made with potatoes, cream, cheese, and onion, this dish can be paired with any main dish or protein!
Serves: This meal is designed as a side dish.
Small Size Side Dish (450g) serves 2 - 3 portions (approx. 150g)
Family Size Side Dish (980g): serves 6 portions (approx. 150g per person)
Catering Size Dish (2kg): serves 12 -13 portions (150g per persons)
Ingredients: Potatoes, Cream, Crushed Garlic, Onion, Mozzarella Cheese, Cornflour, Salt & Pepper.
Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!). The catering size is an oven-proof aluminium foil container.
Heating: To enjoy the potato bake, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use.
*Weight: approx. 1kg for family size and approx. 2.5 kg for catering size. (Weight is variable as our product contains only natural ingredients, not stabilisers or preservatives. This impacts the weight slightly due to water of natural products like tomatoes by +/-.05%)
Shelf Life: Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.

To enjoy this meal, pierce the plastic and place in oven or air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until warm or place in microwave for 6 - 8 minutes until warm.

Our dishes are made fresh to order, and given to you chilled. Follow the heating instructions provided to warm the dish ready for your event.
