Moussaka (Gluten Free)

This Greek Classic is dear to our hearts. Made with eggplant, our Superior Beef ragu, bechamel, and cheese, it's always a winner! 

Serves: 

The family size serves 4 people (250g per person)

The catering size serves 8 - 10 kg (200g - 250g per person)

Ingredients: Eggplant, beef mince, tomato paste, onion, crushed garlic, olive oil, cornflour, wine, salt & pepper, worcestershire sauce, beef booster, mixed herbs, lasagne sheets, bechamel sauce (milk), mozzarella cheese. 

Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).  The catering size is an oven-proof aluminium foil container. 

Heating: To enjoy the moussaka, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use.

*Weight: approx. 1kg for family size and approx. 2.5 kg for catering size. (Weight is variable as our product contains only natural ingredients, not stabilisers or preservatives.  This impacts the weight slightly due to water of natural products like tomatoes by +/-.05%)

Shelf Life:  Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.
