Lemon Chicken Risotto (Gluten Free)

A zesty and tasty combination of flavours - lemons, chicken and creamy risotto, you can't go wrong with this meal! 

Serves: four people as a main or eight as a side dish (1kg)

Ingredients: Risotto rice, chicken thighs, fresh lemon and lemon juice, lemon seasoning, onion, crushed garlic, cream, unsalted butter, wine, chicken booster, cornflour, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs. 

Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).  

Heating: To enjoy the risotto dish, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use. 

Weight: approx. 1kg for family size 

Shelf Life:  Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.
