We craft this lasagne using fresh lasagne sheets, velvety béchamel sauce made from scratch, and a golden top layer of cheese that melts to perfection. It’s a homestyle classic done right, with the freshest produce and local ingredients sourced directly from our shop.
Whether you're serving it up for a fuss-free dinner, catering a gathering, or sending it as a thoughtful gift, this lasagne brings warmth, satisfaction, and a touch of indulgence to every table. It’s generous, and satisfying.
Serves: The family size serves 4 people (250g per person)
The catering size serves 8 - 10 kg (200g - 250g per person)
Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!). The catering size is an oven-proof aluminium foil container.
*Weight: approx. 1kg for family size and approx. 2kg for catering size. (Weight is variable as our product contains only natural ingredients, not stabilisers or preservatives. This impacts the weight slightly due to water of natural products like tomatoes by +/-.05%)
Shelf Life: Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.

Oven or Airfryer instructions: remove the plastic and place in oven or air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes until warm
Microwave instructions: pierce plastic and place in microwave for 6 - 8 minutes until warm.

Our dishes are made fresh to order, and given to you chilled. Follow the heating instructions provided to warm the dish ready for your event.
If you are catering an event where you would like the dishes to be warmed, please let us know by putting instructions under the notes section at check-out. We need to know date and time. Or you can call us at the shop 07 3379 7508 and we will make a note of it for our chefs.
