Creamy Mushroom & Chicken Risotto (Gluten Free)

Indulge in this creamy mushroom & chicken risotto dish, made with fresh mushrooms, tender chicken and a gorgeous creamy risotto mixture. 

Serves four people or eight people as a side dish. (1kg dish)

Ingredients:  Risotto rice, chicken thighs, mushrooms, onion, crushed garlic, cream, unsalted butter, wine, salt, pepper & mixed herbs. 

Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).   

Heating: To enjoy this risotto dish, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use.
