Serves four people as a main dish and eight people as a side dish.
Ingredients: Risotto rice, hot smoked salmon, fresh lemon and lemon juice, lemon seasoning, onion, crushed garlic, cream, unsalted butter, wine, chicken booster, cornflour, salt, pepper, and mixed herbs.
Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).
Heating:To enjoy the risotto dish, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use.

Shelf Life: Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.
