Creamy Cauliflower Bake (Vegetarian, Gluten Free)

Serves:  This meal is designed as a side dish.  

Small Size Side Dish (450g) serves 2 - 3 portions (approx. 150g)

Family Size Side Dish (980g): serves 6  portions (approx. 150g per person)

Catering Size Dish (2kg):  serves 12 -13 portions (150g per persons)

Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).  

Heating: Oven or Airfryer instructions: remove the plastic and place in oven or air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until warm 

Microwave instructions: pierce plastic and place in microwave for 6 - 8 minutes until warm.

Shelf Life:  The meals sealed in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen.
