Chicken & Vegetable Lasagne

This "creamy chickeny" lasagne is awesome! Made with chicken, fresh vegetables, bechamel sauce, and cheese, it is a favourite with the kids and a great alternative to beef! 

Serves: 4 people family size, 10- 12 people catering size

Ingredients: Chicken thighs, bacon, onion, assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, potatoes, peas, beans and other seasonal veggies when available), cornflour, chicken booster, cream, Bechamel Sauce, lasagne sheets, mozzarella cheese, salt & pepper.  

Heating: To enjoy the chicken and vegetable lasagne, remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use. 

*Weight: approx. 1kg for family size and approx. 2.5 kg for catering size. (Weight is variable as our product contains only natural ingredients, not stabilisers or preservatives.  This impacts the weight slightly due to water of natural products like tomatoes by +/-.05%)

Shelf Life:  Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.
