Chargrilled Vegetable Lasagne (Vegetarian)

A perfect vegetarian dish with chargrilled vegetables layered between lasagne sheets and creamy tomato sauce topped with cheese. 

Serves: 4 people family size, 10- 12  people catering size

Ingredients:  Eggplant, Roasted Capsicums, Zucchini, Cream, Tomatoes, Bechamel Sauce (milk), Pasta Sheets, Mixed Herbs and Salt & Pepper. 

Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).  The catering size is an oven-proof aluminium foil container. 

Heating: To enjoy the beef lasagne, simply remove the plastic wrapping and follow the heating instructions provided. The container is safe for both oven and microwave use. 

*Weight: approx. 1kg for family size and approx. 2.5 kg for catering size. (Weight is variable as our product contains only natural ingredients, not stabilisers or preservatives.  This impacts the weight slightly due to water of natural products like tomatoes by +/-.05%)

Shelf Life:  Family Size in the in-tact cry-vac for a week in the fridge or three months frozen. Catering size within a day of order.
