This comforting risotto is a delicious blend of bold Mediterranean flavours, crafted to be satisfying on its own or served alongside your favourite grilled meats. We slowly cook risotto rice with smoky bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and Kalamata olives, adding layers of richness with onion, garlic, cream, and a splash of white wine for depth.

Finished with a touch of mixed herbs, it’s the perfect balance of savoury, creamy, and slightly tangy – a dish that feels indulgent yet homely.
