Heating Instructions

Oven or Airfryer instructions: remove the plastic & lid and place in oven or air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until warm

Microwave instructions: remove the plastic lid (lid not microwavable), and place the container (it is microwave proof) into microwave for 8 - 10 minutes until warm.
