Container: The dish is individually baked into oven-proof containers and packed fresh (not frozen!).
Heating: To enjoy this dish, take the plastic wrap and the plastic lid, and place the container (it is microwave proof) into microwave for 8 - 10 minutes until warm or pop in the oven 180 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until warm
