Succulent fresh ham baked in our Superior Fruit Kitchen marinade of citric juices, honey maple syrup, Dijon mustard and butter - every bite is tasty, sweet and salty and is the perfect inclusion for a gathering. Each platter will come with 12 dinner bread rolls, and 2 mustard dressings (Dijon mustard and seeded mustard) and 1 gravy sauce.
The platter shown in the photos is one from our kitchen, to show you how you can present on a platter. It will come in our platter boxes which is lined with our tissue paper.
Serves: 12 people catering size (approx over 4.5 kgs ham, 12 dinner size bread rolls, 100mls of dijon mustard and seeded mustard each, 100mls in gravy.
Ingredients: Ham, orange or pineapple juice (what is freshest in store), dijon mustard, honey or maple syrup (what is fresh in store), white bread rolls, dijon mustard and seed mustard for condiments.
Container: The platter comes in a large box, lined with grease proof paper, mustards and gravy are in a lidded containers, bread rolls in a separate bag for freshness.
Shelf Life: This dish must be consumed on the day of delivery or pick up from store.
