Container: The platter comes in a large box, lined with grease proof paper, the mash potato & gravy in a sealed container that is microwave proof, bread rolls in a separate bag for freshness.
Shelf Life: This dish must be consumed on the day of delivery or pick up from store.

This dish comes chilled. To enjoy the roast chicken warm, please take out the chicken pieces and place on tray, place in oven 170 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes until warm. To enjoy the gravy and mash potato, place the container in the microwave for 5 minutes, stir, and if need to warm again, place for another 2 -3 minutes until your liking.

Our dishes are made fresh to order, and given to you chilled. Follow the heating instructions provided to warm the dish ready for your event.
If you are catering an event where you would like the dishes to be warmed, please let us know by putting instructions under the notes section at check-out. We need to know date and time. Or you can call us at the shop 07 3379 7508 and we will make a note of it for our chefs.
