Superior Pop-Up Truffle Experience 4 course degustation dinner

Back in July, Superior Fruit held our first ever POP UP event! We played host to 40 wonderful guests… The night was filled with Great People, Great Wine and One Long Table celebrating Truffle! Thank you to all who came along and sat with us for dinner.

This event was extremely well received and was a definite highlight of any Brisbane foodie’s calendar… make sure you join us for the next one!

Our Superior Fruit Chef  designed a menu so guests could experience and taste different ways to include truffle in meals.

The menu contained four courses with each one making truffle the hero. Matched wines were also included to sample with each course.

On arrival
– Glass of chilled Italian Prosecco

Starter
– Cheese platter including a selection of speciality Truffle Cheeses and accompaniments

Entrée
– Truffle Arancini Balls with truffle mayo

Main
– Truffle Pizza
– Risotto with Mushroom & Truffle

Dessert
– Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream with Creamed Truffle & Truffle Florentine
